"I coordinate anything to do with academics. This can be scholarships, monitoring grades as well as awarding academic achievements like 'Geek of the Week'."

"My main areas of focus are the calendar and committee system. I make sure my fellow Chapter Council officers are best utilizing their committees in times of need. With the calendar, I approve dates for all of our events and make sure that we are partaking in activities that are most beneficial for our chapter."

"As Recording Secretary, I handle all the internal paperwork for Kappa. I am in charge of updating the roster each semester, keeping track of attendance, updating the kredit system and helping members apply for associate or special status. I also create and send out the chapter minutes to alumni each week."

"The most important duty I have is Treasurer is to uphold the finanical wellbeing of Kappa. Through this I write checks, reimbursements, set member fees and create the budget for Chapter Council."

"I am in charge of bridging the gap between the real world and college for the seniors. I also plan Founders Day and am in charge of educating the chapter once a month on a topic that will help our well being."

"I am responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations for living in the Kappa House. I also help Mom with anything else she may need."

"Registrar acts as the chapter historian. It is my job to keep track of all of Kappa's achievements and archives. I write history reports at the beginning of every year, make a scrapbook at the end of each term and keep track of our roster."

"I am the person who represents Kappa to the Panhellenic Community at Mizzou. I attend weekly meetings and learn what is happening with other chapters and about opportunities for involvement."

"I am mainly responsible for philanthropy fundraising and donating exclusive to Kappa. In the spring I plan the Reading Is Key signature event for our national philanthropy and for our local cause Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center. I also work with Philanthropy External to plan the Kappa Klassic."

"Philanthropy External is in charge of coordinating the fraternity participation and fundraising in the Kappa Klassic. Anything philanthropy outside of Kappa is my job."

"My job entails updating all of our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, the blog and website. I work to promote our chapter's image and am in charge of creating Theta News, our annual newsletter."
